Rockin' Sketch

Heart 2 Heart is having a SKETCH CHALLENGE this week.
Your choice, round or square.
Check it out:

I'm not into round cards. I mean, they look great, but I like my cards to stand up all by themselves. I'm weird that way.  So I chose to do the second one, with the circle element on a standard card.

Recipe for 6x6"card:
Paper: X7138B Fanfare Level 2 Paper Pack
Stamps: D1432 X-Treme, D1283 Say it in Style
Inks: Pacifica
Cranberry Brads
All product CTMH

Check out what the gals on the DT have come up with this week! You are sure to be inspired!
Get out your crafty supplies and play along with us!  Create something based on the sketches, then link it up to H2H so we can all see!  Remember, the H2H challenge requires that you use mostly CTMH products, and you have the whole month to play.  We have some new prizes for April from our very generous sponsors, and we're looking for some talent to join us as a future Guest Designer...could it be you?

Thanks for visiting my blog today!

  1. Great card for a teen.

If you want to get a round card to stand up - slice a piece off of the bottom edge of the back of the card so that you have a straight edge to support the card (works with tent fold circles).

  10. Great rocking card!! :) I'm the same with circle vs square cards... my problem is putting a circle card in a square enveloppe.
